Q. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 5-7 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order on our end we will contact you via email or telephone. Please Note: any delays due to high volume of orders of postal service/courier delays are outside of our control. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package via email. We ask that you contact the postal service/courier if your package is delayed after it leaves our facility.

Q. Was my order received?

Once you place a order on www.Shopinherbeauty.com you will receive a confirmation email with your order number stating your order has been received. Please double check for correct information entered. We are unable to update change or remove email addresses. 

 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes "Canada"

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by inherbeauty. In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your Country or air and ground transportation strikes of delay once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
