Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I exchange?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are exchangeable? 

  • Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact (If applicable
  • You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 
  • Conditions: 
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

What items are non-exchangeable? 

 The following items cannot be exchange nor receive store credit:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items, Sale Items And Clearance Items (if applicable)
  • Sunglasses
  • Lashes
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Select White Items
  • Items outside of policy window

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. No worries! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected.

  • Exchange
  • Store Credit

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

My items was stolen, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages, lost packages or packages shipped to the wrong address. In the event your order is missing or lost in the mail, we advise that you follow up and file a claim with the postal service/courier. All packages are insured. We will not replace or refund for lost or missing packages.

I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.

What happens when my order is returned back to sender?

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you're requesting for your order to be reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you'd rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue you a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
